Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged/faulty products will be replaced free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return shipping is paid by the customer as we do not offer free returns. In addition to this all refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please send your return tracked delivery to ensure receipt of the delivery.
